The conference will offer opportunity to get guaranteed live, in-person access to diverse, hard-to-reach professionals from across the nuclear industry. NRIC is tasked with accelerating testing and demonstration of advanced reactors. As part of this mission, NRIC is setting up the Demonstration of Microreactor Experiment (DOME) facility as a testbed to host advanced experimental reactors. NRIC is working with four reactor developers to prepare for testing in the DOME including: Antares, Radiant, Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation, and Westinghouse. There will be a panel discussion on the current progress of each developer toward testing the DOME facility. NRIC will co-host a booth.

This international conference, organized by the Pacific Nuclear Council (PNC), will explore current and future nuclear energy research and development activities, regulatory initiatives, policy issues, and industry programs and projects throughout the Pacific Rim that will enable nuclear energy to play a more significant role in achieving global net-zero carbon emission goals.
